With all of our wedding packages, you will benefit from two comprehensive planning detail meetings to make sure every aspect of your day is covered. The first meeting typically takes place after you’ve attended our complimentary wedding experience tasting event, where you can sample the delicious food options that will be available for your guests. The second meeting is scheduled approximately three weeks before your wedding day to finalize all the details and ensure everything is in place for your perfect celebration.

 

To further support you in the planning process, we offer a check-in phone call 5-6 weeks before the wedding to answer any questions, provide guidance, and address any last-minute concerns you may have. Our team is always accessible via multiple emails exchanged throughout the planning journey, ensuring that every detail is captured accurately and that your vision is brought to life.

 

On the day of your wedding, our experienced Day of Venue Coordinator will be on-site to assist with setting up all of your wedding-related items, from décor to personal touches, and will work diligently to keep your event running smoothly and on time. If you are planning to have your ceremony at Scioto Reserve, you can also add an additional ceremony package for a seamless experience from start to finish.
